• Cushion Time: Allow 15-minute cushions between sessions for transitions, introductions, and unforeseen delays.

• Responsibilities: The host introduces each dream showcase, enforces time limits, and fosters a positive atmosphere.

• Positive Atmosphere: Create a positive feedback loop early in the event to energize both dreamers and attendees.
